Refunds and Exchange Policy

1. REFUNDS

  • We don't offer REFUNDS as of now.

2. Eligibility for Exchange :

  • Exchanges are accepted within 07 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for exchange unless there is a defect

3. Steps for exchange

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at me.maisonelan@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.

  • Request an Exchange: Let us know the reason for the exchange and what size or style you'd prefer (if applicable).

  • Ship the Item Back: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Shipping fees for the return are the customer’s responsibility.

  • New Item Sent: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our exchange criteria, we will send out your new item. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you store credit or a full refund.

4. Shipping Restrictions:

If shipping restrictions apply to your region, we will inform you via email.

5. Lost or Damaged Items:

  • In the rare case that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at me.maisonelan@gmail.com.

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
